Started in 2005 this Sunday gathering of fresh, organic produce, coupled with a wonderful selection of prepared foods to go, has become a Montclair tradition for area shoppers. The Market is managed by Urban Village Farmers’ Market Association and features fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood and prepared foods from approximately 40 area farmers and food purveyors.
Parking is free in the Village Garage at the top of La Salle Ave. on Sundays, making it convenient to park and shop in the Market.
Montclair community groups
Montclair community groups are welcome to use the sidewalk corners just outside the Farmers’ Market on a first come basis, being mindful not to obstruct handicap curb cuts and pedestrian access. Please check with the MVA office on space availibility. Selling products or services is not allowed. Anyone wishing to be a vendor
Anyone wishing to be a vendor in the Market should contact Urban Village Farmers’ Market Association directly. There is a waiting list and vendors are selected based on criteria.
